Our lug type air expandable shaft are suitable for the both unwinding and stages. Further, these can be accommodated single core and multi-core of the width than 150 mm. Our leaf type air expandable shaftcan also be used at unwind station but mainly used at rewind sate. These have narrow width of core and can have less winding at time core.

Our range of Safety Chucks are Square bar holders or triangular shaft end holders. These Safety Chucks are widely used at winding or unwinding position. It saves loading and unloading time, as driving mechanism (sprocket) dose not need to be removed every time while changing core holding shaft. It is a low maintenance product that runs with total safety due to cam mechanism.

The forged steel castors are manufactured from heavy steel forgings and are an innovation to the conventional forge steel castors. The design of the castors have the Base and Swivel assembly interlocked by a precision machined ball race and an additional thrust bearing, which provides uniformity to the thrust load and eliminates stressing of the interlocking ball race. This results in a higher load carrying capacity and improved swivel action and increased service life of castor. Thrust bearing and steel balls are fully enclosed in a grease bath having retaining seals and nipple, therefore the castor requires low maintenance at affordable price.

• Special care has been taken to increase the strength of the castor by incorporating Contours and Rib enforcements in the Sheet metal part where ever possible

• The precise formation and assembly of each parts improves the swivel action of the castor and reduces the pay in the moving parts increasing the service life of the castors wheel assembly
